The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our visit to the State Capitol, just a 10-15 minute walk away. the hotel is situated right by wonderful shops, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploration. - We attended a conference there in February and March, which was very convenient.

The hotel has an amazing and lovely location very close to restaurants, self-parking, and the Red Hat Amphitheater. the staff are incredibly friendly and superbly friendly throughout the venue. They offer an extensive and delicious breakfast along with outstanding food.

The service was great. My room had been recently renovated and was neat with two very comfortable double beds, wood laminate flooring, and a refrigerator. the staff were outstandingly friendly and offered guidance.

The Sheraton Raleigh Hotel is a luxury hotel with modern rooms and a very central location. The breakfast is delicious and it's good value for the price. The reception desk team is outstandingly friendly and helpful. The clean bathrooms come with a bathtub. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to the nightlife scene and the State Capitol. It's definitely the venue of choice in Raleigh.

Loved my time here, the room was recently refurbished, clean, and had a kitchen, wood laminate flooring, and two cozy queen beds.

Classic-style building, a decent size and beautifully designed rooms with a sofa and rose petals, as for instance. Outstandingly accommodating and super friendly hotel team at the reception desk. Very central location is very-well situated to walk downtown.

For us it was ideal.

The nice comfy bed. Classic white comforter and sheets. Quiet in the hallways. As a woman I loved the shower lufa, the little Qtip, nail file, cottonball package. All the things we use but forget to pack.

The non-smoking rule not enforced. Unpleasant smoking smell permeated our room. The alternative room offered was better but still smelled bad.

For the price we paid, the room at Sheraton in downtown was great. The recently remodeled decor and hardwood floors added a touch of elegance. The staff, especially Alton at the front desk, was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Alton gave us excellent recommendations for dining and attractions, making our visit to North Carolina even better. We would definitely come back for him and the great location.

As for breakfast delights, it would be great to have more variety in the morning menu.
